Thousands of Faith Leaders from Around the World Join Bishop T.D. Jakes for Orlando Event

2015 International Pastors and Leadership Conference Open to Everyone Wanting to Gain the Tools to Help Strengthen Their Church or Ministry 

Bishop T.D. Jakes, senior pastor of The Potter’s House and New York Times best-selling author, is assembling national and global leaders in Orlando, Florida, for the 2015 International Pastors and Leadership Conference, April 30 – May 2, at the Orange County Convention Center. The event is designed to help pastors, church executives, lay leaders and support staff. Attendees will get an opportunity to hear from dynamic and knowledgeable speakers on topics ranging from addressing racial disparities to strengthening music and missions ministries.

The International Pastors and Leadership Conference is a unique training ground for thousands of cross-denominational and cross-cultural faith leaders seeking to strengthen and transform their churches and ministries.

Various breakout sessions will address topics including technology, executive leadership, fine arts and administrative support.

The 2015 conference theme is “Build locally, think globally”—a nod to an increasingly interconnected society that challenges leaders to broaden their reach while maintaining service and impact in their surrounding areas.

  • Pastor Chris Hill, senior pastor of The Potter’s House of Denver
    Hill is a passionate and compelling speaker, and his 7,000-member church serves the community through food bank services, homeless and outreach initiatives, a prison ministry, and a crisis-counseling center that offers its services free of charge.
  • Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, president and CEO of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (CONELA), and senior pastor of New Season Christian Worship Center in Sacramento, California
    Rodriguez currently serves on the board of directors for Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, the National Association of Evangelicals, Empowered21, Liberty Counsel and Christianity Today. He is the author of The Lamb's Agenda and Path of Miracles.  
  • Bishop Ken Ulmer, senior pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church in Los Angeles
    Ulmer was consecrated bishop of Christian education of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, where he served as a founding member on the Bishops Council. He is currently the presiding bishop over Macedonia International Bible Fellowship based in Johannesburg, South Africa, which is an association of pastors representing ministries in Africa and the U.S. Ulmer has written several books including A New Thing, In His Image: An Intimate Reflection of God and Making Your Money Count: Why We Have It – How to Manage It.
  • Bishop Matthew Ashimolowo, founder of the Kingsway International Christian Centre
    Ashimolowo hosts the weekly telecast Winning Ways and is the author of 87 books, including The Power of Positive Prayer Bible and What’s Wrong with Being Black? His philanthropic work earned him an invitation to carry the queen’s Golden Jubilee celebration torch. Ashimolowo has been honored as the most influential black person in the public sector and religion category by The Powerlist, a publication that profiles and celebrates the most influential black people in Britain.
